This. I think Cover knows if they let Gura stream or do her projects, then her fans will only get attached to her more. And when she graduates, a huge majority of her fans will follow and abandon Hololive. Not only that, it'll look horrible PR wise and their stocks and reputation will tank. I get this feeling they worked out a solution where Gura streams as little as possible so that all her fans will slowly transition to the other talents. Maybe they tweaked the revenue split too to keep Gura happy enough to stay and ghost her fans to expedite the process.

Gura was the only reason to watch HoloEN. In more ways than one she WAS HoloEN itself, and without her there's no reason to stick around. I switched completely to Phase and a few indies more than a year ago and just tuned in to watch her during those rare streams she did.
