Gura was metaphorically asleep 'dreaming' (i.e. not streaming); she now has to wake up and face reality and stream again but has to wait for the right moment - this implies there is some kind of specific time or reveal that is the appropriate time for her to return (her birthday?). The wish part could also mean it's something to do with a subscriber milestone that is about to be announced.

IRyS has moved on from being the vsinger who sings JP written songs and even has a new model now, she is integrated into Council and is no longer the old IRyS, this is a new frontier but she is unsure where to go from here on and there is some kind of new musical direction/change coming
