The most amount of "work", if you can call it that, was just spent on convincing Cover to let her set it up, but other than that, nothing actually happened on that channel - she did a low-effort meme debut and a random gaming stream months ago, that's it. Or if you want to count it, two translated compilation clips, done by other people anyway.
What I mean with "no planning" is that she didn't do this as some calculated big-brained attempt to reach the "wider german audience", because again, there is no real wider german audience for vtubers, and she should know this, given that she's a german speaking weeb and knows the scene is not as big here, certainly not as big as the global EN scene, and certainly not worth prioritizing over that one. And she already knew how bad the occasional german-only content did on her main channel in the past, she even already mentioned how those "experiments" showed her it was not worth it and demotivated her from doing more, so I can't fathom why she would actually "plan" an extra german channel thinking it'd be any different there.
If she ever had any "plan" for it, it was obviously a not very serious and well-thought one and she dropped whatever was left of the plan as soon as the inevitably underwhelming results came in. Again, I can't really call it "planning" just because if she did any actual planning she should've known in the first place that this result was to be the expected outcome.
