Ergo, even if you're wildly head-over-heels about your oshi, if she knows you exist - and it doesn't matter if she's manipulating you for money or actually fucking hates you - you are not a parasocial fuck. If Mikeneko is your oshi, then your real name is probably in a spreadsheet on her hard drive along with all of your social media accounts, the company you work for, your job title, the bank you use, your real address, phone number and email address, your height, weight and shoe size, your blood type etc.
