Our Gura would not be silenced, and if she were to keep her mouth shut, it would be on her terms.

An NDA with Cover Corp was quickly signed. In return for not going to the press and blowing the lid off the whole Japanese vtubing industry, Gura would be granted a blocking share in the company as soon as it went public. This can be now verified through public records by looking up the name of Gura's roommate.

Under the agreement, Gura's streaming schedule would, naturally, be entirely at her own discretion. Management has no say whatsoever with the length or frequency of her streams.

Now you know why she was not at liberty to reveal the true nature or cause of the scheduling changes: silence was the very purpose of the agreement. It is not because she does not care about her chumbuds. She cares more than you realize.
