Shes pregnant, back when she was in Japan she was only a few months into her pregnancy so it was still safe to travel and do things.

Now she must be close to giving birth so she cant do shit. And itll be like that for months after she gives birth for maternity leave.

My schizo conspiracy theory is that she just straight-up forgot when her birthday is. It's not her real-life birthday, so it might not be priority information in her brain, and she's also a victim of the unfortunate combination of being scatterbrained and incredibly busy. She doesn't really do social media at all, so she wouldn't clue into it from there. You'd think that maybe one of the other Holos or a manager would remind her about it, but it might not have even occurred to them that she outright forgot the date.
