Probably an autist is not a good way to define it. If autism is harming your life, you could consult a psychiatrist on how to improve it. Autism can be useful in many facets of life.
As for VTubers being your life, that's an issue. Branch out to another hobby. I recommend reading. If you don't like to read, start with light novels as they are in a similar field as vtubers. Kronii did a read-along of VTuber Legend and Gura did a read-along of Konosuba, you could start with those.
If you learn some skill and get a job, not many would judge you for watching vtubers.
