They all get the permissions at the same time. She plays on her regular time slot where every HoloJP is still asleep. Naturally the HoloJP will play the game during their prime time which is 12hrs after. Pekora was the first to play Village but you don't see anyone saying touting that. If you are talking about Trends, Amelia is a better fit since she's the one that started all that feet thing.

JPHolos are running out of games to play aside from Minecraft. They'll play any game as long as it gives the views. I'm just waiting for marine to play Half life 2 or Portal 2. Other than that, bioshock or soulsbourne series would be the next for them to play once they get permission

It's permissions, not "running out of games to play." Most aren't "gamers" so they play the games that cover gets permission for mainstream wise, meanwhile the ACTUAL gamers have endless games to play, Korone literally plays games off her physical hardware unless it hass to be a specific version (i.e megadrive mini.)

Hololive is both japanese and a big company
they need explicit permissions to stream every game as opposed to any independent streamer who can just pick it up and play it
it takes weeks to get someone at the marketing department of a publisher to agree to the rights for the games you want

Some of the stuff might just be stuff they got permissions for, other stuff is brand new so it's more of a coincidence everyone plays it at the same time. However, there are a lot of random ass things Gura plays then other people do follow, that part is undeniable.
