Only real issue I see is the ears, they don't seem attached to the head properly, need to have more of a visible connection/contact imo or at least appear to in some suggestive way. Right ear also seems to imply its hanging off her head a bit or that her head is weirdly shaped, so might wanna taper the bottom a bit more or drag it a lil more center
