Basically, she never commented on it, but her voice is very typical of a transwoman, she was very awkward commenting on her gender, acts tomboyish, probably other shit I forgot. There's a lot of things that contrary to all the shitposting do occur in cis females, but are just very suspicious when they all occur at once.
Still since it was never confirmed it might be a lesbian with PCOS or who took roids or something. It could also be just a regular man with a girl character and that would also help explain the poor voice and awkwardness (since they don't have to sound like a girl in real life or deal with people asking about gender in this scenario). Unless it's confirmed or some definite evidence leaks we have no idea
tl;dr the case is strong enough to assume she's trans but we don't know for sure so there's your 5% chance she's not, stop asking
