honest question, how much control do the holos have over their channels, you know can they revoke mod privileges from other talents or block/mute them so they don't appear, because if they don't have that authority then each talent has to tell the other talents if they can or can't interact with them. In the case of raiding you have to have permission to raid into another channel, but if they don't have control of their channel and management gives blanket permission to raid into whoever then Kiara would have had to give permission to the stars to do so, follow me.
