I think her saying that someone betrayed her, maybe she's already married to someone and actually pregnant with their first child. But something bad happened and she lost the baby, and possibly the ability to have child. Her husband left her for another woman and she left heartbroken.
This is why she loves to treat several holos as her "babies" as if she want something she can't have anymore.
