This platform seems like a pyramid scheme desu.
They throw trillions of dollars around just to lure some streamers onto their site (in contracts that DON'T EVEN FORCE THEM TO ONLY STREAM THERE THEY CAN STILL DO TWITCH).
They seemingly don't rely on ad money which is fucking bizarre considering even Muskrat cucked out like a bitch to get some ad holders back to twitter.

All while being some bumfuck literalwho corp made by some fucking gambling site shills.

The plan is sound, and different than what MS did. MS wanted exclusivity on mix and just went for big names on timed contracts and a lot of that fanbase didnt bother moving over. Kick is doing non-exclusive contracts which means the big names can stream on twitch for an hour or so, then move to kick and tell their audience to come over each time and bring more people onto the platform each time. Twitch viewers have the memory and IQ of a goldfish so this constant reminder will actually do a lot of work. Think of how many times somebody says twitch prime on a big streamer's show and suddenly hundreds of twitch primes pour in because of people who forgot they even had it. It's that on a larger scale.

? These are all purely luck based games, only delusional gamblers think they have some grand "strategy" for winning more. Even if you memorize the optimal blackjack strategy, your winnings' expected value is still negative.

Card counting is actually a good way to win at blackjack which is why its banned and treated like a crime (it shouldnt be, its literally playing the game, there is no cheating involves) because the casino wont let you win.

The site has huge money from gambling that it's trying to use to branch into normal game streaming. It's spent a fortune on signing some of the biggest fleshtubers. It has a much smaller audience that Twitch right now, but offers much better monetization deals, and the moderation seems much less overbearing (so far).

It's very weird. They're legally domiciled in the UK, and if you visit their site from a UK IP it's a properly licensed gambling website that takes real money. If you visit it from anywhere else, they only take bitcoin, and it's almost certainly illegal in several jurisdictions. It feels like a matter of time until the US or Australia (where their staff are based) prosecutes them.
