I just don't... get this. All of the other EN girls seem to be able to collab freely, why would they ban Gura specifically when there's clearly a large interest in it (see this or similar thread be created whenever gura posts a collab, or just randomly even). It also can't be an outright ban, Gura does collabs with the other EN girls all the time, especially with Ame, and has done a few more indirect collabs like her shion video, the marine meme contest, and a more direct collab like the JP tour. Also, Gura seems to speak with her senpais all the time, see the video she did for Shion's birthdays and the fact that she had to ask for instrumental versions of hololive songs from her senpais directly. Additionally, Calli did that one collab with the trash taste people which could have been a pretty risky collab with some potential blowback, even if you include the corporational benefits cover got from it.

See above, they clearly don't have any trouble interacting with eachother. Also, I doubt every single member of hololive JP would be so jealous of Gura that not a single one would want to collab

Management at cover is shit, what would lead anyone to believe that they have the time or resources to be micromanaging collabs of all things.
Some simple thinking dispels most of these rrats and some Occam's razor deals with the rest. Gura is an introverted, ADHD ridden, self conscious individual. What's more likely? Some massive Hololive conspiracy, or that Gura is just too nervous about a possible language barrier, or possibly to even propose a collab in the first place. And it's not like Gura has some unfounded fear, you can see in the among us collab that she just isn't the best at dealing with a language barrier, unlike someone like Ame who seems to have a much simpler time dealing with them. Ignoring the possible language barrier, she might simply be too nervous to do a one on one collab with people she doesn't know super well. Even in the full EN collabs Gura is much quieter than usual.
I just think you people are over thinking and Gura is, in summary, simply too much of a nervous wreak to propose, or to accept, collabs with her senpais. Should she be pushing herself harder to make a collab happen? Probably. Will it happen eventually? It's practically inevitable. I say just give it some more time.
