Anyways, these contract clauses are almost ENTIRELY the chuuba's fault, not the company's. If they actually read the contract and/or got legal advice with it, then this wouldn't be a problem.
From Rushia getting fucked as a Twitch exclusive streamer, to Kson's troubles, to Layla and Lulu etc etc that's their fault.
These contract are usually adhesive in nature (example Anykara writes up the entire contract and you just accept or deny). Now, it would be understandable if you are a consumer or customer.. but a fucking talent? You have the bargaining power to change some of these clauses, and you didn't? That's your fault.
