I found out that a couple large USA brokerages(Fidelity/E-Trade) can support international stock trading, but an anon said they only support mutual funds and not single stock trading, especially with this specific and non-widely popular stock. I never bothered opening an account with them to check, since I kinda cba making a new account just for 1 stock. Maybe when I have extra cash and want to make a new one. Fidelity looks like a good choice.
