You might be right that there are people named Sakura or Miko but saying it is a common name is like saying X Æ A-12 is a name because Elon Musk named his child like this. I highly doubt there is an actual Japanese girl with the name Sakura Miko. The intention behind the name is clearly the meaning being Cherry Blossom Shrine Maiden.
