Youtube is deleting comments and dislikes in Kiara´s video.

When I went to sleep the video was at 1.5K dislikes and it had more comments.

What is going on?

This seems like a reasonable explanation. Either way Youtube considered the accounts to be bot-like.

I disliked the collab video on 2 different accounts and both dislikes never got deleted.

Not necessarily. If you make a new account, watch videos, and like/dislike them it wouldn't be removed, but if you make a new account and only dislike a single video that you have 0 watchtime on then it's going to get removed. There's a lot of little metrics that can be used to quickly tell apart a new spam account and a real new person.

Yes, they actually can. Any information that your computers need to hand over to Google is tracked. IP/MAC addresses, cache, cookies, device name, etc., etc...

if youtube is like most big companies dealing with data (it is), then they run machine learning algos to crossreference data from various IDs, not only accounts but also unlogged anonymous users. If you get flagged all your crossreferenced IDs/mails/cookies/IPs/devices/etc will get flagged too.
I know because I work in something like this.

Yeah, I agree. Any company that is competent has ways to combat this kinda spam. Now imagine Google, a company that probably has more data and knows you better than you know yourself and their expertise on this stuff. This is true, a couple of weeks ago I left a pretty harmless comment on her VODs that was something along the lines of "go fuck yourself" and it got deleted a few hours later. I don't know if she does it herself or management does it.
