Another reason for not streaming much is because she was literally told to take longer breaks after recordings and such, because unlike the others, she's literally the weakest member in hololive in terms of physical and mental aspects.
I don't follow much of her this yr but I do watch her streams if she ever does one.
Her being gone is a bigger issues than ayame's because ayame actually updates her fans or does some posts on twitter, but at the same time I feel bad since as she said before that the pressure of being in top and having eyes always on you is mentally draining, specially for someone like her.
Considering that the company is ok for her absence everytime, then that's on them.
tldr;
gura is one of strongest members in terms of viewership/subs and also the weakest mentally/physically.
