Plus in Japan Nijisanji are looked at in a more "normie" light in a sense while Hololive is looked at like the typical nerdy perverted otaku. Probably the reason why Yagoo is pushing males last year. I'm genuinely not sure, but if I had to guess it's probably that Anycolor is unironically worth more because they pocket more from their talents and don't bother building things like Cover's new $20,000,000 motion cap studio + office. Not sure whether those assets translate into market cap though. I don't know how much Cover's other holo projects or unique merch end up costing them, but those debts might impact it too. AnyColor seems to really embrace the philosophy of keeping their own company costs light and their company cuts high.
