My guess is that with Myth they simply had a different strategy, to catch as much raw talent of different niches as possible, rather than focusing on streaming. It kinda worked because it got a lot of eyes on EN.
But I don't think it's a councidence how the 4/5 of Council literally just shut up, do their job (stream), and deliver fun to their fans, whereas everyone else is like
