As for who will graduate next? The candidates:
Enna: Keeps doomposting about graduation and talking about it constantly, apparently had gotten in trouble multiple times with management. Will probably not leave willingly because she's addicted to money.
Millie: Depression posting and visiting a therapist for her mental health issues caused by her job. Still, she needs money and won't leave voluntarily.
Reimu: There are theories that she's very rich and has no reason to stay. According to her she has rich family members but they don't give her much, so she has to pay for things herself. Probably not leaving voluntarily.
Vox: Has gone into a full blown mental breakdown. His numbers have collapsed and he's changing his content too. Although he's made enough money already, he clearly wants more.
Shu: The most likely to leave. Long rant about his deteriorating mental state after the AR live was shut down. Took months off streaming and seems to hate working for Nijisanji. The company wants to keep him just so they can keep selling Luxiem merch packs, but the merch doesn't benefit him anyway, so if he wants to agree to be their paypiggy bitch that's up to him.
Pomu: Everyone wishes she was in Hololive where she belongs. She's good friends with Kiara, and her friend Nina is leaving. As an indie she struggled a lot and she probably doesn't want to experience that again, but if she got an outside offer she might just take it.
Rosemi: The slowest growing channel for a year now. The only seiso vtuber who sticks out like a sore thumb. NijiEN is filled with rudetubers who drive away her potential audience. And she's abandoned companies before.
Kyo: Doesn't really belong as a vtuber, he's a much better fit for twitch streaming. Kind of puzzling why he's even here. But if he graduates it will be next year when his contract runs out.
Assorted low-view garbage (Ren, Ver, Aster, Doppio, Aia, Kotoka....can't even remember them all)
They might graduate when their contracts are up simply because they're low-viewed garbage on a sinking ship. Nobody really cares about these guys though.
