The only way that i can see nisha getting tired of meica is if she destroy her career or makes such damage that throws nisha into the 2view hell, but it's more probably that their friendship will end when meica gets new friends so she starts spending more time with them than with nisha
If you remember when she was luna, she complained many times about how her friends abandoned her after they got boyfriends and stuff like that
