Are all concerts pre-recorded?

never been too interested in either official nor birthday live concerts, is it a joke or they are really all pre-recorded stuff?
just official big concerts?
or also bday lives?

Most are prerecorded, as it's the only way to work around schedules with so many girls. All the large concerts are mostly prerecorded, with the MC sessions usually being live. Same goes for birthdays, though there are some exceptions from time to time (Polkas birthday this year, for example). Sololives are typically mostly live, with only some guests parts being pre-recorded. And then there are some girls who will always do it as live as possible for any of their concerts, live Azki, Suisei or Mori.

The reason that Laplus got a 3 month radio silent "health" break for missing the holoX anniversary collab was partly because it showed that most of the collab was prerecorded. Hololive is doing that even for single gen collabs that are free on Youtube. Cover would be even more cautious with a paywall 3D concert where thousands of people bought tickets to watch.
