>ESL with strong accentDo voice practice. Imitate native speakers. If you try hard enough for long enough, you'll eventually reach the point where you sound just foreign enough to sound exotic while still being fluent.
>Not good enough set upSave up and get a low to mid-range computer with a cheap $50 USB mic. Stream non-demanding games like RPGmaker stuff.
>No experience with streamingJust start streaming randomly on Twitch as a nobody with no facecam. Even if your audience is 0 or 1, do your best to act professional. It'll take time but you'll eventually get used to it.
>No talents applicable for live performances (singing, drawing...)Pick one or two things and practice between streams.
>Generally shy and insecureSee the streaming advice above. Just streaming a lot will eventually get you the confidence to do things you didn't think you could do before.
It'll probably take a few years but you can get pretty good if you try. Maybe Nijisanji and Hololive will be dead by the end of those few years, but even then at least you'll be able to feel good that you put in the effort to become a better person.
