The other, more obvious stuff is how her being nice to some crazy sections of her audience allowed for said crazies to latch on despite her not delivering or planning to deliver the content they were hoping for, and thus causing their dramatics to be drawn out for months on end, because she wouldn't draw a line and clearly set expectations in a way that sent them packing.
Think of it like that one episode of How I Met Your Mother, where Lily is stringing along this cafeteria worker for years because of how afraid she is of definitively shutting him down, so she keeps saying she wouldn't date him, "Right Now," instead of just slamming the door. That's how Kronii's kindness hurt her, in a way.
