Tempus do still get bigger numbers on big events and collabs with girls but I'd chalk that up to HoloEN tourists given they never show up for the guys solo streams, kind of how Niji fans will show up in droves for some 3view's 3D debut but then fuck off. On the contrary HoloJP fans aren't like that and won't check out Stars even during big events.
