That leaves the non manlet nations as the Nordic countries, which have tiny populations. The UK and central Europe of which the only 3 countries with notable populations are Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Belgium and Netherlands being sub 12 million countries.
So yes, the above average height countries are a minority. But only if we include Slavic countries in there. If we put just Russia in above average height then the balance shifts tremendously.
