And being a self appointed leader is much worse than having no leader since now they have to put up with someone who thinks they're hot shit, trying to rise above the rest

Gura could be some sort of leader since everyone loves her but doesn't want the responsibility.
Same as Ina, she could easily be leader if she had a backbone
IRyS doesn't even seem to know what's going on since she's not involved in anything within her branch and is barely able to do anything on her own.
Ame was the appointed leader of her gen but once she said no more, that was the end of meaningful branch activities.
Council is... council but Bae actually stands out
Bae knows English and Japanese and speaks with the JP branch confidently. She's able to push out tons and tons of projects: short VN like mini episodes, new mini model with strawberries and new EP attached, a long running podcast, the whole vegemite thing she did which included even Yagoo.
The only red flag Bae has is being a male collaber BUT she doesn't force it onto anyone like Ollie has done countless times. She respects and understands that boundary of male and female idols and treads it on her own
Bae has the potential out of everyone and I believe in her.
