Like, the reasons for Nazuna being a lot smaller than Mikeneko are various and numerous, but a bunch of them are due to VShojo being really comically incompetent about everything to do with her. Honestly, it feels more like they just acquired her for the sake of getting her to make money from and didn't bother considering the actual logistics of having a single JP monolingual in their company, not to mention the fact that her streaming style is so radically different from all of the other girls.

From what I've seen, the Twitch audience is far more casual, to an almost painful extent. If she's inconsistent on Twitch, her numbers drop.
She's been far far far more inconsistent on YouTube and yet managed to hit 9.6k CCV this stream and over 12k CCV on her last stream. Part of the reason for this is that on average, YouTube viewers invest in the streamer while Twitch viewers invest more in the game instead.

In all seriousness: no. Nazuna's reputation is in the dumpster as a talent too hot to manage. Her behaviour since the incident hasn't improved that perception. She is not going to get a better shake at a corpo than whatever sweetheart deal Kson managed to bargain for her out of Vshojo, in addition to them being lax enough to take her on in the first place where more traditional corps wouldn't.
