This thread is retarded and full of newfags. Pillar has never ever fucking referred to numbers. It has always been someone who supports other Hololive talents either onscreen or behind the scenes or both. It is someone who other talents rely on for help, mentally, emotionally, sometimes physically. Here are the pillars.

Goes almost without saying, her providing support and including other Holos is legendary. Everyone looks up to her. Immediately and without hesitation took Coco's side at great personal monetary cost to herself. So many Holos have talked about how she welcomed them or gave them advice.
>Coco
Massive pillar. Helped Aqua when she was being attacked by Smashfags. Cured Watame of numberfagging. Tardwrangled Rushia, who self destructed after she left. Started the Holohouse with Kanata and Suisei. Talked Haachama out of graduating with her. Fubuki cried for her. Botan cried for her. Marine talked about graduating after she left.
>Marine
Provides massive emotional support to a ton of Holos. Is almost singlehandedly responsible for pulling Kiara out of her debut slump. Is the oshi and reason Lamy and several other Holos joined. Will collab with anyone and everyone, all Holos consider her their friend/older sister/mother. Most of this is offstream but pretty much every Holo has a story they've told onstream of when Marine has helped them out.
Then there are also some smaller pillars but Holos I would also consider important.
>Botan
Provides tech help and advice to everyone who needs it. Helped Kiara break down her computer when moving. Organized the Usaken Summer Festival, a huge company wide Minecraft event.
>Towa
This might surprise people because she doesn't show it onscreen but she organized the Mario Kart tournament. She also is reportedly a great senpai and constantly taking her kouhais out to eat. Strong sense of responsibility.
