Also the whole 'sister' thing is dumb because of how many Nabi pumps out. By that token if 'sisters' are supposed to acknowledge each other, then Ame should be promoting the other much smaller ones as well. And I doubt Uto really reached out to and acknowledged any of the others as well.
If one of them doesn't then it reflects badly on them - what, you're only sisters if you have big enough numbers? Which means basically they're forced to commit to forming at least a superficial friendly relationship with every new chuuba just because Nabi made them, regardless of the person behind it. That's a recipe for disaster. Ame was smart to disengage from that kind of obligation early on.
