Probably Flare/Polka and Peko/Moona. The former designed a bunch of the large monuments around the original holoserver (portal mountain, welcome area, Shiraken HQ, several houses, etc.) while the latter were responsible for most of the traps and farms for auto collecting materials for everyone.
