Why are superchats taxed? I already paid income tax on that money when I earned it. By taxing it a second time this is double taxation and unconstitutional. I'm going to sue

Where the fuck in whatever constitution does it say that? Your superchat is now counted as contributing to the streamer’s income, which counts as separate from you getting taxed.

You also get taxed when you buy physical stuff, anon.
And if you own something of high value, like a property, and gift it to someone, the receiver pays tax for it too so you get triple taxed.

Walmart was in Germany for a few years, but nobody liked how the employees greeted you at the door,and how the employees were supposed to act like Walmart is a big happy family while the working conditions sucked.
