I think Phase is probably a safe bet considering what her goals seem to be. Theres so many JP corpos out there that nobody has ever heard of, and theres no guarantee that she'll do better in a lot of them compared to Phase. Also some corpos mandate you stream a certain amount of hours a week which wouldn't neccesarily work for Nasa. She may do better if she finds a larger JP corpo, but if she enjoys her current community and likes being able to come and go as she pleases, then Phase might actually be decent for her.
