Look at that pic, it desperately wants to get out.
Animals that weren't domesticated don't like being confined in finite spaces.
Even most dog breeds don't needs to get out and go on walks regularly or they'll go berserk. Cats stare outside all the time because it hates being inside 24/7
I doubt Pekora is giving that animal the space and enrichment it needs.
