We're talking about differences of less than an inch here. Watame is 151cm, Ayame is 152, so is Miko and Matsuri, etc. I'd put her at "average" for HoloJP.
Consider that Aki (at 162cm) is considered "tall" in the branch. (Hell, in one of the latest collabs, FBK called even Mio tall, when she's a mere 155cm.)

NTA, but when you see an image of her by herself, she doesn’t look short. Her legs look long and slender, and when she’s next to other members even her head looks very small, despite the fact it should be around the same size. Ame, Bae and Luna are examples of members who all look short, even when you just see them by themselves, despite being stacked.
