Don't graduate anyone. Stop being so heavy handed with management calling the shots on what holos can do. For gods sake invest in your talents and buy their streaming equipment, contract with additional 3d studio capacity. Also contract with some mental health counseling services aimed at entertainers. This would all add to overhead but the stability it would bring your company would be tremendous.
