Vesper and Magni are either leaving or dead but Cover is withholding the announcement until after Tempus 1 gets their anniversary so as to not damper the mood too much. That's also why there's been no updates on the teaser as its probably HoloEN 3 and would have had the teaser or part 2 posted at this point but then the Vesper and Magni situation happened so they are delaying it like they did to Irys when Coco was graduating.
