Why is it that many vtubers seem to have the same "vtuber voice"? The pitch and manner of speaking is what I'm referring to. I've never once heard a girl in real life with that kind of voice.

Are they all copying each other, and if so do you think it's on purpose or subconscious?

using a specific voice for a specific character can help you embody that character, but I suspect vtubers don't do it for that reason. they just do it because japan did it

I noticed that EN vtubers will use random Japanese terms like Akasupa instead of red superchat, is that the same thing?

It seems so random, I can't make heads or tails of it. Is it just a cuteness thing, is it the culture? Are they doing it on purpose?

Streamers and content makers in general put on a voice and play up reactions for content. It’s not a vtuber exclusive thing. You are also likely to change your voice when put in different situations too.
