I see a membership as a way to show streamer support and in return you get something extra, like special streams or member gameplay - something extra that a non-member might not get to take part in. If those perks go away, then what's the point of being a member? I only ditched Ina totally after following her since her debut 2 years earlier (at the time) because she said she'd keep people updated on how she's doing, but that she's basically at death's door if she doesn't take a break. Turns out she just slept in for a few days, like she tells us on all membership posts, and "forgot" her work phone when she went off on a long trip visiting people. I'm not looking for a full daily recap of her life, but when Miko had to take a long break due to health, she drew and posted a daily diary entry for 35p to enjoy, to let them know she was doing okay. It's how you interact with and retain the fandom, and Ina never learned that.
