See, here's the analogy. I don't watch Mr. Beast, at all. But it would be absolutely silly for me to try to twist stats to try to "prove" he's not ridiculously popular. He obviously, objectively is. That fact has absolutely not bearing on whether I watch him though.
The thing is, though, you people can't do that, because you're too insecure. You NEED to feel that other people also like what you like. So if your oshi is from Hololive, you won't feel comfortable with that unless you convince yourself Hololive is the most popular vtuber company ever and a Hololive member is the #1 vtuber. So whenever you are confronted by someone more popular than Hololive (CookieSwirl) or most of Hololive (Filian), rather than do the sensible thing and acknowledge she's popular but say you don't like or watch her, you HAVE to come up with a /#/fag argument about why everyone else ALSO doesn't watch her, because you're pathetic and can't mentally handle liking Hololive if you don't also believe, whether it's true or not, that Hololive is #1.
