Lets say, sub 100 concurrent viewers? That sounds small, right? Less than 20k Subs on Youtube? What would be a good gauge to determine a small Vtuber?

"small" vtubers can easily get more than that very quickly. 20 Viewers can be made by just playing flavor of the month by any random. That is some seriously small numbers.
