Having followed her I'd say her biggest positives are how cute she is, how ditzy she comes across, and her unintential humor - she has almost godlike comedic timing to get screwed over in game by things she says she won't get screwed over.
But then, she is also bad at following plans, keep fans apprised, stopped her creative content altogether, couldn't balance wanting to be part of the NijiEN "family" and keeping her content varied, and honestly has some pretty bad game choices.
She had pretty bad imposter syndrome at one point and the drive of her wageslaving days is gone.
