There's SNOT I guess but they haven't collabed in months, and only collabed about 4 times
Then you also have the weridos who try to turn council minus 1 one member into a unit (ORK, RGB, KroFauMei, etc), but as stated those don't really work as units since it's basically just Council
JP has 33 members so there's a myriad of combinations that they can do
