or I bet they tried, and then immediately found out "in most countries, no, you can't sue someone for talking shit if it's true" - in Japan, kind of perversely, you can be sued for defamation just for telling the truth about someone if the other party is offended-enough. so all this anti-anti lawyer squad shit must surely be about Japan basically because they actually-can abuse the shit out of the law there.
for abroad, they really can't do anything about it - that is, besides fucking suck less. stop sucking. give people less juicy gossipy shit to latch onto. people talk shit all the time when you have spiteful shitters like enna and kyo in the mix and rampant cliqueshit controlling at least half the branch unchecked. if they'd rather fail than stop acting like this is high school drama, then just let them fail. let them be an example for others on why their model sucks and shouldn't be emulated. even holoEN has clearly started backing off after seeing nijiEN's continued downward spiral after most of their members have done something either intentional or not (but usually it's very-intentional) to piss off their fans or create enemies out of what used to be friends (zaion etc).
