I honestly think that there wasn't anyone new operating omega and it was being used by an existing manager in EN.
I saw before that they were hiring a new EN manager in their website and looks like they were looking for a good candidate for the character in which case they haven't still till now. Manager mentality same as A-chan.

As for Vesper/Magni, there's absolutely no reason for cover to go blank with their statements on why they're not streaming unless those 2 are actually MIA and cannot be contacted.

Magni and vesper are probably probably on strike. They got a lot of protection from old en management and now jp management is taking charge that protection is gone, so they threw one hissyfit too many and responded to being put in their place by going on strike.
