>Wasn't performingEven if you pick up a full time job and stop streaming it costs nothing to stay on a vtubing roster and do one thing every other month or so, no reason to quit (though Sana did, probably because the career she was focussing on involved an online presence that would have been awkward). As for getting fired, it's terrible optics to fire somebody for bad numbers alone.
