NV is like 2 tone wise, has slightly unfucked shooter mechanic compared to 3 and not considers you a fucking moron. Good dlc's. 4 is dumbed down 3 with improved shooter gameplay and great amount of details. Eh.
Tl;dr 1 is too old, 2 is good, NV is good, 3 is not worth your time if you dislike 4.
If anyone can share opinion on fallout tactics BoS please do since i never played it.
