Vesper is a grown man and that might be a part of the reason he won't play the Japanese corpo games. Most of hololive are young women in their 20s where being a popular vtuber is a golden ticket. No matter how many problems they have with management they will usually put up with their absurd rules.

Cover than hired a middle aged guy for Tempus that once left a professional job so he could bicycle across the country. The money leverage they have over him is completely different than what they have over hololive.

Theirs brand is a mistake, they should disassociate completely from hololive and make a seperate brand. We have seen plave a korean boyband vtuber gaining traction. They could use that resource and cater to a yume group like those k-pop. Even a thai vtuber are in top 100 now.
